Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information: United States Post Office Domestic Shipping

- Standard Mail: 5-7 days shipping time
- Priority Mail: 2-3 days shipping time
- Express Mail: 1-2 days shipping time
- International Orders: Priority Mail outside of the United States may take up to 10 days unlike the 2-3 day average within the Continental U.S.
- Orders are normally processed and shipped within 3 business days

* Please allow an extra week for delivery for Irresistible Neckbands and Irresistible Necklaces as each one is hand-made

Returns:

Batyana offers store credit or exchange only for all regular merchandise minus shipping & handling charges. Items must be returned within 14 days from the day the order is shipped. The returned piece(s) must be in new condition, without any signs of wear or misuse. All sales are final for any discounted or on sale merchandise - these items cannot be returned.

When returning merchandise we recommend paying for a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for any pieces lost in delivery.

If merchandise is unclaimed/undeliverable and returned to Batyana, we will hold it for 60 days. If we are unable to contact the customer we will return the merchandise to our inventory.
